Aden isn't really into most holidays (which WILL change when we have kids) so it was no surprise that he wasn't very excited about Halloween this year. We bought a pumpkin a couple weeks ago, but just one because he didn't want to carve one. Well it sat on our table until last night. Aden said he would carve it for me when he got home from work. So I decided to make him a little more excited about it by printing a pumpkin pattern....
He loved it! So I guess I know how to get him excited about Halloween! And I think deep down he secretly likes Halloween because every time he answered the door last night for trick or treaters he would shout, "Happy Halloween!" or "Trick or Treat!" or "Boo!" In other news, we got engaged 3 years ago today!
